Service Description
Join our Beginner Hula Hoop Course at Hula With Abs and experience a fun and unique way to improve your fitness. Our class is designed for new attendees and is paced slower to accommodate all participants starting out. We use weighted hoops to make it easier to keep the hoop spinning while we work on drills to improve your cardio. Come and learn new skills in a supportive environment. Don’t miss out on this exciting fitness experience! CLOTHING: wear trainers and fitness-friendly attire. EQUIPMENT: weighted hoops are provided. Please contact me if you have any questions, or would like to buy your own. WARNING: some people may experience some slight bruising following their first class...this is normal and there is no internal damage being caused, it is just your body getting used to the hoop. If you have any concerns, please consult a medical professional prior to attending a class.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your class. You will then be issued class credit which you can use to book onto a future class.
