Attending Your First Hula Hoop Class

Attending a new class can always be a bit scary (take it from me, I always get so anxious before going to something new).🤦‍♀️

That's why I pulled together this short clip and a few hints so you know what to expect.

My top tips to prepare for your first hula hoop class:

✅ Have a look through our page and some of the videos so you can visualize what the class will be like. ⭕

✅ Get your outfit ready the night before so you don't have a mad rush after a busy day. (Remember our hoops love tight fitted clothing)! 🏃🏽‍♀️

✅ Grab yourself a bottle of water to bring along to stay hydrated. 💧

✅ Allow yourself enough time to get to the venue, park up and come and say hi to me and your fellow hoopers. 👋

✅ Remember it can take around 3 to 4 lessons before you really feel like you've mastered the hula hoop. Be patient with yourself. The goal of the class is to have a good time, so if you drop that hoop, smile, pick it back up again and have another go - you've got this. 💪

✅ If you can't make it last minute it's okay just drop me a message so I know. If you provide 24 hours notice you can move your class to another slot.
